Tom Vignau, Chief Executive Officer
Tom Vignau is Chief Executive Officer of Advantel Networks. He most recently served as Advantel’s Chief Financial Officer. Tom is a seasoned business leader with broad experience as a member of several boards of directors. He has extensive strategic experience, including previously serving as Vice President, Administration at Advantel, overseeing successful mergers and defining corporate mission and objectives.
Mark Ritchie, President
Mark Ritchie is President of Advantel Networks. He has served and continues as the company’s Vice President, Federal Programs. He has 23 years of leadership experience in the Federal IT marketplace. He was also founder and President of Prime Business Systems, an Avaya Business Partner, which Advantel acquired in 2009. He has systematically established Advantel as a leader in the Federal IT Solutions landscape.
Joe Twohy, Chief Strategy Officer
Joe Twohy is the Chief Strategy Officer at Advantel Networks. He most recently served as the company’s Chief Operations Officer. He has vast experience in strategic development and has been a driving force in positioning Advantel as a leader in the industry. Having been with the company since 1998, Joe has a deep understanding of the company’s core values and brings over 25 years of experience in management, data and voice engineering.
David Black, Chief Financial Officer
David Black is the Chief Financial Officer at Advantel Networks. He has over 23 years of experience in financial management roles in high growth technology companies. For the past five years, David has provided high-level, financial consulting services to a number of Bay Area firms, including Advantel. Prior to that, he served as a senior finance executive for GridIron Systems, Tribal Brands, Facetime Communications, and Consenty Networks, where he built world class accounting, finance, legal and human resource departments. David holds a BS in Business Finance from San Diego State University.
Chandler Legarreta, Chief Revenue Officer
Chandler Legarreta is the Chief Revenue Officer at Advantel Networks. He brings over 20 years of successful sales and executive business leadership in the IT and Unified Communications arena. Over these years, Chandler has worked for manufacturers, SIs, VARs, and channel distribution. Chandler has a tremendous amount of experience in complex enterprise hardware and software solutions, including software integration, platform deployment and managed services.
Chris Atha, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development
Chris Atha is the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Advantel Networks. He formerly served as the Vice President of Sales for the company. Chris is a seasoned veteran of the telecommunications industry, and has played an instrumental role in the company’s sales growth, doubling Advantel sales and diversifying the company’s revenue. Prior to joining Advantel, Chris held positions at IBM and Avaya, where he was responsible for channel technical operations in the West.
Nelson Martinez, Vice President of Operations
Nelson Martinez is Vice President of Operations of Advantel Networks. Nelson is a results-driven, hands-on Strategic Business Management Executive, with over 25 years expertise in coordinating targeted business strategy and operational excellence, with a focus on the improvement and growth for each of the company’s divisions in accordance with the overall corporate strategy. Nelson’s extensive background in operations and program management excellence for technology companies has forged environments of exceptionally strong customer loyalty.
Steve Tracy, Vice President of Sales
Steve Tracy is the Vice President of Sales at Advantel Networks. Tracy began his career with ROLM Corporation in Santa Clara as a Field Service Engineer and subsequently was employed by ComPath and Tel Plus Communications where he managed Operations and Sales Engineering before beginning his sales career in Voice Messaging and Managed Services. Steve has held Executive Sales positions as VP of Sales, Americas Region with NICE Systems, General Manager with Inter-Tel Technologies and VP of Sales with Shared Technologies (Arrow S3) before joining Advantel Networks in 2012.
Tom Brueck, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
Tom Brueck is Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Brueck is a dynamic business development leader with strong sales, marketing, and leadership experience. He has a diverse IT channels background, including experience with manufacturers, distributors, and value-added resellers. He has played an integral role in Advantel’s brand identity and communications strategies. Brueck is essential to the success and growth of Advantel’s data networking practice. Since joining Advantel Networks the company’s data practice has grown over six hundred percent year over year. Prior to joining Advantel in March 2014, he worked at a number of technology companies across the Western United States. Tom graduated from Western Michigan University and American School Foundation in Mexico City.
