We have particular expertise in the areas of VoIP, Network Infrastructure, Contact Center and Messaging. When we add IP telephony to your existing network infrastructure, we perform a network assessment to monitor and analyze your typical network utilization. If there are bottlenecks, we address them. If you need to upgrade your network capacity to add new applications, we will cost-effectively recommend and provision what is needed to support the conversion.

Executive Leadership
The management team at AdvanTel Inc. has a common focus to keep active with our customer and vendors. They each strive to bring our customers innovative solutions while upholding our integrity and commitment to long term relationships. Roger McGibbon is the President and Founder of AdvanTel. Roger has spent over 30 years in the Telecommunications.
Roger left AT&T to found AdvanTel in 1984. One secret to the success of the company is the constant attention to the service and installation practices that has been the driving force in the growth and development of the company.
Dan Ferguson is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AdvanTel and has 20 years experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Dan also supervises the sales relationships and is personally involved in client relationships with a number of major AdvanTel accounts. Maintaining close relationships with our customer base assists us in anticipating our customers’ needs and giving feedback to the manufacturers we represent.
George Black is our Vice President of Engineering. George has over 40 years experience in voice and data management, and engineering. In addition to supervising the engineering staff, George is hands-on with engineering projects using a practical methodology to define the real needs of our customers and guide them to the correct selection of technology for their needs.
Joe Twohy is our Vice President of Operations and Converged Technologies. Joe brings over 20 years experience in data and voice engineering, and management to AdvanTel customers. Through his experience with data and VoIP practices, Joe Twohy helps our customers over the bridge to converged network applications. These may include Local Area Networking, WAN –MAN and wireless networking as well as more less complex applications.
